This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to products purchased from the official ZIIZOO online store. Products purchased from another retailer or marketplace must be returned through that seller and are subject to that seller’s policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product Quality Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a product has a quality issue, you may request a refund or replacement within 15 calendar days after receiving your order. After 15 calendar days, ZIIZOO may provide a replacement or repair based on the product assessment, the specific circumstances and the applicable warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before returning a product, email shop@kaiboer.com<\/a> with your order number, product model and a description of the issue. Do not send a product back until Customer Service has approved the request and provided the correct return address. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund or replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must send the product within 30 calendar days after your return or exchange request is approved. A refund or replacement will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If every product received in a single order is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, any initial delivery charges paid for that order are refundable. Any customs charges incurred in China in connection with the return will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs to China are always the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursable, including when the return concerns a product quality issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change-of-Mind Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You may request a change-of-mind return within 15 calendar days after receiving your order. Before returning the product, email shop@kaiboer.com<\/a> and wait for return authorization and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A change-of-mind return is accepted only when the product includes all original accessories and its original packaging is complete and undamaged. The product must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection and resale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a change-of-mind return, any original shipping charges and any customs charges incurred in China will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs to China are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must send the product within 30 calendar days after your return request is approved. The refund will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once a return has been received, inspected and approved, ZIIZOO will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late or Missing Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Check your bank or payment account again.<\/li>
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as posting a refund may take additional time.<\/li>
  3. Contact your bank to ask whether the refund is still being processed.<\/li>
  4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received the refund, email shop@kaiboer.com<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Returns We Cannot Accept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. A return requested more than 15 calendar days after receipt of the order, except for a repair or replacement available under the applicable warranty.<\/li>
    2. A product not purchased from the official ZIIZOO online store.<\/li>
    3. A product damaged by the buyer, misuse, improper installation or an accident after delivery.<\/li>
    4. A change-of-mind return with missing accessories or packaging that is damaged and cannot be restored.<\/li>
    5. A product sent without prior return authorization from Customer Service.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Email shop@kaiboer.com<\/a> to request return authorization and obtain the correct return address. Do not send a return to the office address below unless Customer Service specifically instructs you to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
